Peter J. Lynch joined Borsberry Law Offices, P.C. in 2010. He graduated cum laude from The John Marshall Law School in January 2008. During law school Peter was on the Moot Court Executive Board as an Associate Justice and a member of the first place team at the Chicago Bar Association Mediation Competition.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lynch worked as an Associate for a national law firm specializing in defense litigation with a particular emphasis in the representation of doctors, hospitals and other medical entities. Peter also worked as a law clerk for the Cook County State's Attorney's Office. Before attending law school, Mr. Lynch worked in the financial services industry managing a portfolio for commercial clients.
Mr. Lynch is a member of both the Peoria County Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association. Peter is licensed to practice in the State of Illinois and the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois.

Paralegal Roseanne Morgan
Roseanne is Office Manager and is the Chief Paralegal working for Borsberry Law Offices, P.C. Roseanne is a graduate of Midstate College in their Paralegal Studies Program with an Associate's degree in Applied Science and Paralegal Services and is currently enrolled at Midstate College pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Roseanne is available for any of your questions, concerns, or simply keeping you up to date with the progress of your case. Roseanne is as dedicated to your case as your attorney. We are proud to have her to assist you with your case. Roseanne is a lifelong resident of the Peoria area and is married with two children.
Paralegal Denise Warner
Denise Warner is a Paralegal here at Borsberry Law Offices, P.C. Although she joined the firm in July of 2009, she has previously worked for Joseph M. Borsberry as a paralegal for 8 years with a focus on criminal and divorce cases. Denise previously attended Carl Sandburg College in Galesburg and currently resides there. Denise has tremendous experience and has attended numerous seminars to sharpen her skills to efficiently fight for our clients. She is hardworking, a great resource person, and is definitely a valuable asset to the firm.
Sarah Mihm-Zeller
Sarah Mihm-Zeller joined Borsberry Law Offices in 2010. Sarah earned a Bachelor's degree from Bradley University in 1996. She is a native of Peoria and has stayed actively involved within the community through various organizations over the past 17 years, including Workforce Development for the City of Peoria as a Business Services Representative and Career Counselor, the Peoria County Department of Juvenile Services as a Juvenile Probation Officer and Youth Supervisor. Her primary responsibility and focus at Borsberry Law Offices, P.C., is to provide support by managing schedules and correspondences as well as being the point of contact for clients and associates. She is proud to be part of a team that supports and advocates for their client's rights and their families.
